Cancellation Time Frame
We offer cancellations for up to 8 hours after purchase – so if you change your mind within that time frame, please contact us at support@owaladailysip.com to notify us.
Please note that we work hard to ship orders quickly. Therefore, cancellations can only be guaranteed if requested within 8 hours of purchase. While our customer service team operates Monday through Friday during business hours, we will honor the timestamp of your email. If you send your cancellation request within the 8-hour window on a weekend or holiday, we will process your cancellation on the next business day before shipping the item.
Cancellation Process
To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

* Wait for Confirmation: We will review your request and confirm your cancellation via email.
Refund Information
If your cancellation is approved (requested within the 8-hour window and before the order has shipped), a full refund of the transaction amount will be issued to you. We do not charge any cancellation or processing fees.
Refund Timeline:
* Cancellation processed immediately upon approval.
* Refund issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
* Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
When Cancellation Is Not Possible
We cancel and refund as soon as we receive your request, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Cancellation is not possible if:
* More than 8 hours have passed since your purchase.
* Your order has already been processed and handed over to our shipping carrier.
* Custom or personalized products have already entered production.
If your order has already been shipped, we will notify you. You cannot cancel a shipped order, but you can simply return the products after you receive them, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If you miss the 8-hour cancellation window, you still have options once you receive the item:
* Returns: Products can be returned within 30 days according to our Return & Refund Policy.
* Exchanges: Most items can be exchanged for different products.
