Return Shipping Costs
We determine who covers the return shipping cost based on the reason for the return:

* Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide you with a prepaid return label.
Return Steps
1. Write to support@owaladailysip.com with your order number and a short explanation of why you would like to return the item.
2. If your return is for a damaged or defective item, please include clear photos of the product and the packaging.
3. We will confirm whether your return qualifies and provide clear instructions on packing and posting your parcel, including the Return Address.
4. Please pack items securely so they are protected during transit. Returns sent without prior approval may be sent back to the sender.
Refunds
After your parcel arrives at our facility, we will examine the returned items. Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. This process typically takes up to 14 days on our side. Please note that your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require extra time before the funds officially appear on your statement. We do not charge any restocking fee.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange, email support@owaladailysip.com with your order number and details of the item you would like instead. We will check availability, explain the next steps, and advise you how to proceed.
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please email support@owaladailysip.com as soon as possible. We can cancel orders that have not yet entered processing or dispatch (within 8 hours of placing the order). Once an order has moved into either stage, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return the parcel after delivery by following the return procedure described above.
